Working with a local agency providing services to young children who had experienced a trauma, we developed and implemented a donor cultivation plan.  The plan included several forms of marketing: print, digital and word-of-mouth.  We showed the agency how to track people who were interested in their mission, educating and involving them until they were ready to give.  Once they were converted to donors we thanked them and continued to educate them on the difference their money had made.  We grew a multiyear giving base of donors that allowed the organization to financially project their growth.  We helped this client move from a budget of $25K to over $500K in 2 years.
